Dairy Farmers of Manitoba Athlete of the Week

The Dairy Farmers of Manitoba High School Athlete of the Week is Mackenzie Dudeck of the Dakota Lancers fast pitch team.

Dudeck has been a big part of the Lancers 4-0 record to start their season.  She had a phenomenal week where she recorded 35 strikeouts in 16 innings pitched, along with a blistering hitting avg of .875 with 4 singles, 1 double, 1 triple, 1 homerun, 2 walks and 1 hit by pitch. Coach Christy Capner states, "She is a leader on the team, the one stat that doesn’t get recorded is that she is simply the nicest kid and teammate!"

In grade 11, Dudeck maintains an 81% academic average.
