Dairy Farmers of Manitoba Athlete of the Week

The Dairy Farmers of Manitoba High School Athlete of the Week is Kai Gaudet of the MacGregor Mustangs.

Gaudet had a great week!  He started by leading the Mustangs soccer team to a 3-0 victory, scoring all 3 goals.  Gaudet followed that up by captaining the Mustangs' volleyball team to the Championship of the Treherne Invitational. Lastly, he represented the Mustangs golf team at the Zone 7 Golf Championships, while also training for the Zone 7 Cross Country Championships. Athletic Director Marc Gaudet states, "As captain of the soccer team, he is an integral part of that team. In volleyball he is the starting setter of the team and leads with experience, skill, and passion. Kai is known to be a great leader, teammate, and peer."

This grade 12 student has been an honour role student throughout high school. During the school year, he also participates in Basketball, Badminton, Baseball, and Track.
