Dairy Farmers of Manitoba Athlete of the Week

Ruby is the captain and setter for the Rams varsity girls volleyball team.  Ruby has helped lead the Rams to a second place finish this past weekend at the Spartan Dig.  Ruby's ability to distribute the ball to all options kept opposing teams guessing.  Ruby has tremendous leadership skills and is the team’s heart and soul.  On the weekend, Ruby was selected as a tournament all-star and played a large role in the team’s overall success.
 
In the classroom, Ruby is an outstanding student who takes great pride in her academics.  She maintains an 85% average and is highly respected by the staff and her classmates.
