Dairy Farmers of Manitoba Athlete of the Week

Sarah Forward is a grade 12 student who led her team to the Zone 11 Varsity Girls Basketball Championship. She is a leader both on and off the court. She is a team captain and an active member of our student leadership group. Sarah volunteers her time at both the daycare and elementary school, introducing young girls to sports. She sits on the executive graduation planning committee. Sarah was also captain of her volleyball team and participates in badminton and track and field. 

Sarah has been able to balance all this while maintaining her standing as an honour student. Her average class percentage is 90.5% this semester.
